No, it's a regular bumper. I just added a black strip of bumper protection molding. It's from a Volvo dealer, part#: 9481120. It's for S70, C70 and V70. I don't know if they have for other models.

No, it's automatic. For some strange reason, the S70 GLT ONLY came with automatic. On the base model, and the T5, it was an option.
