not a big fan on convertibles..and don't know about getting the kids in and out of it.....
anyone have experience with subaru's???? i always hear mixed reviews...

My friend had the same Subaru for over 20 year, apart the fact that rust have destroyed the car, it is very reliable, just the normal maintenance was done! I don't know if his car is just ''special'', but as far as I know, Subaru's always been reliable.

Key...yes there was the rabbit, now they call it the golf...so confusing with this company...they went back and forth so many times with the names of the cars..
yes it's the rabbit 2.5L engine...pretty good reviews so far..

umm don't know why but the newer saab's look really nice and interesting. I've read up on them and they seem to have sorted out a lot of their gremlins. I know that parts might be harder to get, but looks like a real fun car to drive...

The saab fiability vary from one vehicle to another, one will be ok and the other a disaster...

So really? no one out there would consider a newer SAAB? i know they are quirk cars, but i think they have really become better built in the last few years. Yes i know they company got sold, and parts might be a little harder to get, but i'm sure they aren't junk..

If anything they got worse in the last few years
Nothing wrong with the quirkiness: the old 99's 900's and even 9000's were cool
But the later ones are just poorly marketed re-badged GM 's that carried the premium price tag of an european brand
If you can find one of these maybe...

But it is a big car
                        You wouldn't understand... it's a 240 thing

Man o man...there doesn't seem to be an easy answer to this...i've been looking around and reading up on different cars that might be interesting...(saab,subaru,audi,merc,bmw,VW)....an d every car seems to have SOMETHING with it....TO BIG, TOO SMALL, NOT RELIABLE, BAD INSIDE, BAD OUTSIDE, EXPENSIVE TO FIX, ONE MIGHT BE GOOD,ONE MIGHT BE A LEMON...TABAROUET!!! there's no winning here...sigh....oh well, will hve to continue to look
