your opinion...electronic throttle body...

Hi gang, how are you? just wanted to get your opinions on those of you who have this TB on your volvo's (most cars after '98 i think). I got a good explanation from the gang at VPC about how it all works, but i find it kinda frustrating. It just seems that often, the car doesn't know what to do under certain acceleration (hesitation...then eventually downshifts)...do any of you get these symptoms on your cars?

I think the problem its between steering and the seat !!

U feel it more cause its automatic on manual cars etb or etm its different , automatic u find delays cause needs to send info to tcm to downshift or upshift , one thing i found its reaction time compare to cable a bit slower but its more precise in values of throttle position for the injection system ... It has + and - like everything else ! One thing u got to live with it !
