Hey Sylvain....ya but for the moment it'll only be offered for police duty ...but maybe they'll bring them for civilians. I used to have a 1996 caprice police pack, and aside from the volvo's it was the best car i ever had, very well built. As for gas milage, what can you do, and you might even be surprised, on alot of the bigger engines they're using a "displacement on demand" approach. These cars (caprice or holden (australia)) have been around for years in australia and in the middle easy with big V8 engines...we've (GM) just been in the dark for a few years, but with the end of the ford crown vic, GM might have a fighting chance in the fleet department.
