red LED lights at bottom of rear stack..how to fix/change?

Hi guys, the little red LED? lights at the bottom on the rear drivers side don't work. I looked to see where the bulb might be but there is nothing??? is there a way to get these lights to work? is there a bulb for them?

Its a litle led strip ! To fix i dont think so since they are on a circuit board .. And they are expensive .. Contact roger for the price
