Changement d'huile sur P2 ;HALDEX , ANGLE-GEAR, DIFÉRENTIEL XC90 XC70

Ma situation; Volvo XC90 2009 moteur 3,2 à 150 000 km

Je regarde pour faire moi même les changement d'huile suivant; HALDEX + filtre , ANGLE-GEAR, DIFÉRENTIEL

Angle gear ; huile API GL-5 BOT un litre
31259380, $39.58 /L

Haldex; huile Spécial volvo 31325136, $24.18/L
+ filtre 30787687, $21.07


Diférentiel arrière; huile API GL-5 un litre (aussi en option limited slip oil à vérifier )
1161620, $22.32 /L

Aussi lubrifier la ''pin'' entre angle-gear et la transmission ???

plusieurs petits problèmes en vue,

pour le différentiel, il n'y as pas de vis de drainage.... pourquoi faire simple, quand on peu compliquer et sauver $$$ avec une vis avec aiment et un filet $$$ de drainage.
Donc, je doit me procurer un mityvac pour aspirer l'huile du haldex, diff et angle-gear.

Héhé, je viens de changer l'huile et filtre boitier Haldex justement lundi soir. C'était pas un luxe.

Voici une EXCELLENTE procédure pour la portion Haldex. Prépare tes outils (4mm Allen coupée à moitié --> REQUIS pour réinstaller le couvercle du filtre)

I will try and explain the procedure as to how I changed the Haldex filter on my 03 XC70.
Tools: long handle needle nose pliers, 1/4" ratchet wrench. two 4mm/1/4" insert bits(cut one in half), Teflon tape
1) Back car up onto ramps and place jack stands under frame rails.
2) loosen lower 4mm cap screw (do not remove) from filter cover.
3) Wrap Teflon tape around 4mm insert bit 4-5 times so bit will stay snug in 1/4" ratchet wrench and remove upper 4mm cap screw. This will take some finesse and take time to remove since there is very little room to manage the wrench. If you have small fingers you maybe able to get it out quicker, I did not have that luxury.
4) Remove lower 4MM cap screw. There is a spring on the filter and pushes against the cap so be prepared for the cap to pop loose. A small amount of oil will spill out, don't worry your shirt will soak it up.
5) Remove the spring from the old filter. you will use this hole to insert something to help you pull the old filter out. There is a rubber "o" ring on the nipple on the back side of the filter that holds the filter in. Make sure the "o" ring comes out with the old filter.
6) insert new filter. The new filter seems slightly(different design) larger than the existing filter. I had to turn it numerous ways to get it up into the housing. Push it into position, you will feel it snap in place.
7) install new filter cap.(It comes with the new filter along with new cap screws) push and hold cap in place. Take your needle nose pliers and insert a new cap screw into the top hole. You will feel it go through the hole in the cap then remove the pliers and push it in as far as you can with your finger. This is where your second 4mm/1/4" insert bit comes into play. you need to cut it in half. I used a high speed then again wrapped it in teflon tape so it would fit snug before inserting it into my 1/4" ratchet wrench. You need to do this because there is not enough room between the cap bolt and balancer. Once you get the bolt in about half way you can use your first bit to tighten. Install bottom cap screw, tighten, check or change haldex fluid.
About 1.5 hour's. <-- PILE DEDANS.

Sur mon XC90 il y'a plus d'espace que sur un XC70, qui est plus difficile à vider car il n'y as pas beaucoup d'espace.
