                  Matt...i suggested magnaflow...but i don't think there was the part for my car...it's okay, i still like the setup. I went with a "free flow" muffler, not sure if it was a good choice or if a baffled one would have been better?

                            surely he used universal mufflers. When you say everything else is magnaflow. What is? The pipes? No, because the garage cut/bent and welded those themselves. Just make sure that you got what you paid for..

                              ya we'll have a "listen" day..hahahah

                              MAtt.no i haven't figured out the rattling from below..i think i'll have to strap a camera underneith and drive..haha

                              here are some things to note:
                              -rattling doesn't happens when in park and reving..only when driving at a certain rpm
                              -the rattling seems to happen underneith the car around where the center consol/front passenger foot well is
                              -when reving (in park) at around 3500 rpm where is "popping" noise coming from exhaust (one pop and that's it)....muffler???
                              -the muffler is a "straight -through" muffler..would a more baffled one be better for lower noise and will it effect performance?

                                make sure you have enough space between your exhaust line and the protection plates that hold the heat shields.

                                That was it for me.

                                no rattles when parked, but the exhaust line moves under acceleration.

                                put some washers under the plates if you have little clearance between them and the exhaust line.

                                I had to do it on my 2 s60 t5 when I changed the downpipe
