Volvo Cars is proud to release Polestar engine tuning software for the T5 engine variant.
Polestar optimizes the engine’s performance and there’s a noticeable throttle response
and speed increase upon acceleration. The engine’s power is boosted from 227 to
250hp, and torque increases from 238 to 273 lb. ft. The installation of Polestar will not
impact the certified fuel economy or the emissions, and Volvo's factory warranty is not
affected provided it is installed at an authorized Volvo retailer. Polestar is available as
both a Retailer Installed and a Port Installed option.
Polestar Performance Upgrade: MSRP $1,295 includes installation
