Just the video, but the video explains everythng...

Quite easy installation.

For the front: Undo the bolt, remove the washer, lube bushing, install insert, replace washer and bolt.

For the rear: Undo the bolt and the two additional bolts holding the plate, lube bushing, install instert, replace plate and 3 bolts.
